Unusual interior decorative item - this Japanese Furoshiki, in fabric, was used a long time ago by resourceful Japanese as cloth wrappers to carry things. One or more Furoshiki's can be used by either tying both pairs of opposite corners together, thus forming two knots, or by folding one pair of opposite corners over the enclosed items and tying the remaining corners together.
